All tickets (including unsold tickets) and money must be returned back to the Byford BMX Club by 17th March 2017.  If you sell your allotment of tickets, please contact the Byford BMX Club to return the money and ticket stubs. 

Ticket sales close 19th March, 2017.  Prize to be drawn at 3pm on 19th March 2017 at the Byford Super Series, Byford BMX Club, Mead Street, Byford, WA.  The winner will be notified by phone and published on the Byford BMX Club Facebook Page on 20 March, 2017.

Conditions: Accommodation certificate will be issued to the winner who will book their own accommodation and travel. The certificate cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash and must be taken intact. The certificate is valid for use for up to twelve months from their issue date.

**Surcharge of $40 per night applies over the Christmas/New Year period: 24-31 December, 2016. 

*Children aged 0-12 years. 

The prize does not include airfares, transport, activities or transfers.

The prize does include a 10% service charge and 11% Government Tax. 

Other ancillary costs, including all out of pocket expenses, spending money, alcoholic beverages, insurance, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
