CANTEEN MANAGER

The Canteen Manager is responsible for:

• The overall running of the Canteen and that enough volunteers are available each week to run it
• Ensuring that the Canteen is running at a profit (raising funds for the running of the club)
• Ordering stock from suppliers
• Stock rotation is adequately done and ensuring that any out of date stock is disposed of appropriately
• Ensuring that all applicable regulations are adhered to
• Ensuring that the canteen & storeroom are kept tidy
