FIRST AID COORDINATOR

The First Aid Coordinator is responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate first aid coverage at all Race Nights, Events and Gate practices.
• Advising the Board of concerns with First aid coverage

• Coordination and updating of First Aid Roster to include Race Nights, events and Gate practice

• Documenting and storing of First aid certificates and contact details for all first aid volunteers
• Ensuring that the first aid supplies are stocked and within date
• Ordering of first aid supplies
• Coordination of first aid training, including yet not limited to quotes and selecting participants

• Coordination of external First Aid providers at events if required

• Ensuring that the first aid area is clean including yet not limited to treatment bed and cupboard
• Responsibility of arranging for First Aid reports to be sent to BMXWA at the end of each race night or event
