REGISTRAR

The Registrar is responsible for:

• Ensuring that Nominations is completed with minimal errors on a race night
• Ensuring that there are adequate volunteers to assist with Nominations and Scoring each Friday night
• Ensuring that the Riders List is kept up to date with the latest information from BMXA
• Ensuring that the money from race nights is tallied up and given to the Treasurer
• Ensuring that volunteer positions for a race night are filled
• Alerting Fundraising Coordinator where merchandise is running low so that additional merchandise can be ordered
• Ensure that scoring is completed at the club and uploaded to eZeventing during or after the event
• Maintain a series file for each race round and publish results on Byford BMX website
